· Dessert items - avoid brownies, high fat butter cookies, doughnuts, potato chips, chocolates and corn chips. Consume jelly beans, fat-free cookies, baked potato chips and red licorice.
· Beverages - coffee (decaffeinated or regular), liquor, wine and tea must be avoided while mineral water and certain juices can be consumed.
